Conditions of Use

The following terms and conditions apply to all transactions with Brandella made by reference to our website and you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions by requesting the purchase of product.

Prices

All prices listed are in Australian dollars.

Deliveries

Shipments are made to any nominated address anywhere in the world.

Postage and handling are a flat rate of $10.00 per delivery on orders under $50. Free shipping is applicable to orders over $50 and is often available during special promotions on all orders.

Orders are generally dispatched within 1 business days from our Melbourne warehouse. Deliveries are made by Australia Post. Please allow up to 2 business days for Australian capital cities, one week for transportation to other location in Australia and ten working days for other countries.

All applicable taxes and duties on deliveries made internationally are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Postage charges, if applicable, are non-refundable if the parcel is refused or the goods are returned.

Security and Privacy

Ordering over our website is safe and secure. Purchases are made via a secure server. Your details will be kept confidential at all times. Your information will not be shared, sold or passed on to anyone outside our organisation.

Payments

Payments can be made by credit card or Paypal when purchasing over the web site and the cards that are accepted are MasterCard and Visa.

Payments and orders will also be accepted by mail on the condition that all information is provided to process the order and payments are made by Money Order or cheque. If paying by money order or cheque please allow an extra 3 days for clearance. Cheques and money orders should be made payable to:

Returns Policy

If you require goods to be returned please call our office first on 03 9818 3000 to make arrangements. Goods must be in their original condition and have the original labels attached. Please note there is no return options available for underwear; knickers and briefs unless they are for faulty workmanship and they have prior authorization. Goods being returned should be accompanied by documentation showing your name, address, transaction number and date, the reason for the return. Postage and freight charges will be the responsibility of the customer.

If the goods are found to be faulty by our staff, replacements will be sent to the purchaser or refunds given via credit card or Paypal.
