DELIVERY TIMES
Orders are typically processed & dispatched within 24 hours.
Standard product orders are delivered weekdays by Australia Post. Please allow 3-7 business days, depending on the delivery location.
Express orders are delivered weekdays by Australia Post. Order received before 12 noon AEDT on Monday to Friday for delivery within 1-4 business days, depending on the delivery location. Australia Post no longer offer guaranteed express post next day delivery service.
DELIVERY AREAS
Standard products are delivered via the Australia post network and are home delivered where this service exists. If you are outside of their home delivery network they will deliver to the nearest post office and you will receive a card for collection.
Express delivery is available at checkout for selected products.
ORDER TRACKING
Tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at the point of purchase
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
International shipping incurs a Flat Fee of $35. Orders are sent International with Tracking. All applicable taxes & duties are the Buyer’s responsibility. Postage charges are non-refundable if the package is refused.
