RETURNS & EXCHANGES 

Baselayers are happy to assist customers that wish to return or exchange goods purchased online. We believe in the quality of our products and in the importance of customer satisfaction and loyalty.

We want to make this process as simple and easy as possible for you.

BASELAYERS RETURN POLICY

You will be pleased to know that the Baselayers returns policy includes "change of mind" returns in addition to the return of faulty goods, as guided by Australian Consumer Law.

Please refer to the below to understand the simple steps involved in completing a return.

CHANGE OF MIND

If you wish to return an item because you have changed your mind about your purchase, Baselayers will offer you a refund provided that:

  • You return the item within 30 days from the purchase date. 
  • The item is in the original packaging, with tags intact
  • The item is unworn, unopened, unused and in its original condition.

Please note sale items & underwear may not be returned and are non- refundable.

All Change of Mind refunds are issued at the discretion of Baselayers.  We reserve the right to refuse a refund for a Change of Mind request if it does not comply with these conditions.

Any refund will be provided via the same method of payment as the original purchase.

 FAULTY GARMENTS

If there is a problem with an item you have purchased from Baselayers you can return it to us. Upon assessment, Baselayers will offer a full refund or replacement. You are welcome to send a photo of the fault with your original purchase details for preapproval to sales@brandella.com

HOW TO RETURN GOODS ORDERED ONLINE

For a 'change of mind' return or exchange, the delivery fee is non - refundable.
